WANTED IN LAKEWOOD -- Felipe Ortiz-Reyes is an accused child rapist on the run, nicknamed ‘Paco’. It was just weeks ago that Lakewood police say Ortiz-Reyes raped an eight year old girl he was babysitting. He hasn't been seen since.
