PEORIA, Ariz.– The Mariners are down in Peoria, Ariz., getting ready for their first spring training game on Friday.
With them is Seattle’s King Felix, who recently made history with a record-breaking contract.
The contract solidified Felix’s role as the face of the M’s franchise. Q13 FOX Sports Director tells exactly how the King came to reign in Seattle:

For one no man is worth the price that the Mariners are paying. Baseball tickets are to high for the average family of 4 to attend now and the price of his salary is going to be passed on to the fans. To call him "King" is wrong as he is just a man. It might be time for the fans to rethink the next season and start saving money and skipping the games in protest of this salary.
