Get a better night’s sleep, naturally

With our busy schedules many of us feel like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything accomplished and as a result, we are often too swamped or stressed to get to sleep.

That’s when many of us turn to drugs like sleeping pills to help us, but a lot of them can be dangerous to your health. The good news is that there are a number of natural ways to ensure we get a restful night’s slumber. Dr. Ryan Robbins with the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Wallingford shares some of his tips for a good night’s sleep, naturally.

    So, where are the tips? What is the point in telling us some guy has some tips then not putting them in the story or am I supposed to search for them else where?

    I found it. I have to use a different browser because this site is not compatible with all browsers then sit through a long commercial.
