Man arrested for allegedly flashing children in line to see Santa

SEATTLE -- A 45-year-old man won't make Santa's "Nice" list this year after he was arrested Sunday morning for allegedly exposing himself to a group of children waiting in line to get their pictures taken with Santa.

Police got a call from an unnamed downtown store located on 5th Avenue and Pine Street around 10 a.m. According to store security, a man lurked around a group of children waiting to see a store Santa and get their picture taken with him. The man allegedly was drinking a bottle of hard lemonade and was wearing pants without a zipper and no underwear, leaving his genitals visible to the public.

The man was arrested by Seattle Police. Police reported the same man was arrested for a different lewd conduct claim two days earlier, where had had been found fondling himself in front of a bank on 13th Avenue and East Madison Street.

The man is currently being held in King County Jail for investigation of indecent exposure.
