Rain and wind here to stay

Gusty and wet for the long haul.
Now through Sunday, passing showers, heavy at times. As those squalls pass there could be gusts to 40mph, isolated thunderstorms, hail, sunbreaks and rainbows all in 30minutes. The mountains will get lots of snow especially Friday night through Sunday. The snow level drops to 2000feet over the weekend. Tonight, there could be some minor tidal overflow up on Whidbey due to the Full Moon, wind and wave action. (the NW side of the Island). Next Tuesday looks like a Pineapple Express. Walter Kelley,
