Seattle gets the rain around 1am Friday and it lasts till about 3pm. Stormiest part will be around 7am. Heavy rain and gusts to 35mph. It should be dry for the Holiday party and tree lighting in downtown Seattle Friday evening. The foothills and mountains keep the rain around all night Friday. About 3 inches of snow for Snoqualmie Pass and about 8 inches for Stevens Pass. Pullman and the Apple Cup, dry till late in the game. (NO SNOW). Saturday, starts out dry and ends dry but passing afternoon showers. Not that bad. Sunday, dry for the Seattle Marathon or at least mostly dry. Looks mostly dry for the return travelers over the passes.
