Seattle weather: Frost Advisory Tuesday night through Wednesday morning

Heads up to those who have recently planted their spring gardens! A Frost Advisory is in effect from 8pm Tuesday until 10am Wednesday for much of Western Washington.

Temperatures will drop into the low to mid 30s. Cover your sensitive plants and outdoor vegetation if you are worried about damage, or bring them inside.

This evening, showers will continue to taper and skies will clear. Temperatures will cool even further tonight with the clearing skies. 

Tonight's forecast (FOX 13 Seattle)

Overnight lows tonight will be the coolest in the south sound, Hood Canal area and the Cascade Foothills. Temperatures will be below average for this time of year, lows in the low to mid 30s in the coolest spots. 

Regional Overnight Lows 

It will be a clear and chilly morning Wednesday with a few clouds over the mountains and along the coast. 

FUTURECAST 7am

It will be a few degrees warmer Wednesday with more sunshine through the afternoon. Highs in the upper 50s.

Regional Highs Tomorrow 

A weak system will clip the southwest part of Washington, which will push in a few afternoon clouds and slight chance of sprinkles. Most spots remain dry. 

FUTURECAST 5pm

Temperatures will warm up for Thursday and Friday with highs back into the mid 60s. A few showers will return for the weekend with cooler temperatures again.
